GOGO E-Commerce

Who can sign up?

Thai entrepreneurs of every size, individuals and legal entities, including OTOP products, community products and local brands.

What are the service fees and charges?

There are 2 packages to choose from: a percentage of sales at 15% (10% service fee + 1–4% payment fee), or an annual fee of THB 3,850.72 / year with only the 1–4% payment fee. The Delivery service has a separate GP. See the fee box above for details.

Can I sell internationally?

Yes. The system supports multiple languages and currencies, with international shipping through leading providers.

How long until I can start selling?

After you sign up and add products, our team reviews and approves your shop, then you can start selling on GOGO right away.

QRGP (QR Global Payment)

Which currencies does QRGP support?

THB, USD, CNY and many other currencies, via Alipay, WeChat Pay, VISA, Mastercard, UnionPay and other channels.

How much is the payment fee?

Fees depend on the payment channel and type. Ask the GOGO team for the latest rates.

Do I need an EDC terminal or special equipment?

No. Shops simply show a QR code and customers scan and pay with their phones right away.

When will the money reach my account?

Sales are summarized and transferred to the shop’s account according to GOGO’s payout cycle.

Can I see past sales?

Yes. View payments and sales summaries in real time in the shop back office.

Is QRGP hard to sign up for?

Not at all. Register your shop with GOGO, enable QRGP in the back office, then download the QR code and place it in your shop.

GOGO Care

What is GOGO CARE?

A service for registering your health information and emergency contacts in advance so partner hospitals can help you immediately when something happens.

Where will my information be sent?

Your information is encrypted and made available only to GOGO partner hospitals, for emergency use only.

Is there a cost?

Registering for GOGO CARE is free.

Can I edit my information after registering?

Yes. You can edit your personal information, health information and emergency contact at any time.

Are international travelers supported?

Yes. International travelers can register with their passport details.

Coupon Welfare

How long are coupons valid?

The organization sets the validity period itself when issuing coupons in the GOGO system.

Can the coupon area of use be specified?

Yes. You can specify the shops, service categories or areas where coupons can be used according to the project’s objectives.

How can a shop join the program?

Shops registered with GOGO can join the program through the GOGO team.

Where can I see coupon usage reports?

Organizations can view spending and coupon usage reports in real time in the GOGO system.
